Anyone wondering whether to work with a mortgage broker, instead of going it alone, should look no further than Jarrod and Zita. Their model is simple - pay an upfront fee and know that you can access their wise counsel for life. My sale and purchase process was testing in the final weeks, with several unexpected curveballs but Jarrod was calm throughout, reassuring me that my mortgage provider was fine with it all. And he was right about that. Having set up an ongoing relationship with them, I now know I can go back to Jarrod later in the year when I need to talk about funding certain renovations.
